the loop

i've been up and down these last few days. saturday talked to molly_grrl and she mentioned that she knew eli and that he was dating her friend miss-L. miss-L has a rep for being less than choosy in the bed buddy department, too. that threw me for a loop but i convinced myself to talk to eli about it before i let myself into his apartment and cut all the crotches out of his boxers.

last night he asked me to go to a movie and we stopped for eats on the way there. during our wine-sodden conversation i brought up miss-L. he fanned away all implications and i think that i believe him. i hope that i'm not being an ass.
