the prom dress was not cute. it made her look like she was trying to hide both a machine gun and a 40 around her waist. while i don't blame her for bringing either to a prom, you could always have someone else carry them or use an extremely large purse...

i have read about duckie ending up with andy. i have. it was filmed and everything but didn't do well with test audiences. now, to be honest i don't really care much for blane's hair in the final frames but i would not shoot down his opportunity for happiness based on this. i think that duckie needed to be with someone who was really excited about him, not someone who was rejected by someone with poor/no music taste.
duckie did end up with kristy swanson. i don't think that he ended up too bad. i don't think that the duck mouths 'moi?' for just anyone.
