up in smoke?

have been dodging productivity of any kind. spent a bit reading the diaries of others. to be honest, i cheated and read those on LAP's list.

will be adding a deeper shade of red to my hair in a bit. however, have been delaying this as it means that i should refrain from smoking. what with being highly flammable i feel like i'm living a bit too close to the edge. never stopped me before though...

leaving tomorrow and won't have a computer at the hotel. that's piss. might actually do something, like read or swim in the pool. will probably find self gape-mouthed in front of the tv. somehow TNT is on and once a crap movie starts, i'm loath to miss its conclusion. must be sure that i have accrued every possible cultural reference that hollywood has to offer.

i'll miss karaoke tuesdays, especially since LAP has been joining me and singing her song. twice the trouble. last time i wore a costume. while it was street-walker chic at best, it was fun. which means i'll probably be repeating it in the near future.

but not in tempe. have to uphold professional persona. oh, god. that almost sounded serious. am currently so professional that i have left all travel details until the last minute. even left my itenerary at work. good reason for one more ride in my beater whilst smoking and listening to rufus.
