There's Always Nookie

i just received an e-mail from the boy about a new type of karaoke. it's called movioke and i guess that you act along with the movie. i'm not sure that this would be the same kind of fun as a three minute stint of blondie but go see for yourself here.

i can't believe that i made it. i trained last night and was at work until late then i was the first one to walk in the training room this morning. i should have just slept under the desk.

when i got home last night opus and eddie were busy with band practice. i took m sleeping meds after a jump in the shower and this is when the guys asked me to take photos of their band. we did this for about an hour and a half and by the end things were feeling kind of funky...

if they send me a copy of my handiwork i'll be sure to post what they look like. i was half trying to be artsy and taking the photos at weird angles but i was also half trying to keep standing. after about an hour on my meds i go into passout mode and there's no point in talking to me then... but i was still snapping pictures like an amateur annie liebowitz.

i hope that everyone is anticipating a nice valentine's day. i'm off to shop for the boy this afternoon. he's coming over this evening so everything has to be ready to go by his arrival at 7. i'm thinking of getting him a robe and a coffee table book of 50's pinup art. i have a book like that already but the pictures have been squished. i'm not really sure that i'll be able to find what i'm looking for in such a short period of time but i'm sure i'll be able to find something.
