You know that sound that a cat makes when dealing with a hairball? That's me right now, kids. I'm making that sound and I have no idea how to spell that for you so I'll let you imagine it on your own.Have a psychiatry appointment today. I spend $30 for about 20 minutes. That wouldn't be so bad if I actually was taking my medicine. I'm so not taking my medicine and this results in anxiety.
Should I tell my doc the truth? Probably, otherwise what good is it? Half the time I can't tell if I'm being logical or not. I spend all my special insomnia time thinking and re-thinking absolutely everything.
It rocks.
