Redundant Dunder Heads

once again, it is time for this unproductive yutz to complain about those she works for. should you need a review about apples & oranges, go ahead and click here... we'll wait.

my group is on the phones today. that means the class that i trained for two weeks is actually talking to customers ! it's quite scary.

to make matters more interesting, the numbers we were provided to use for call transferring purposes are 100% bogus! we attempt to transfer and there is an odd beeping noise.

i honestly felt certain that those in a position to make decisions [and money off of these decisions, no less] would like to know. so i jumped in with both feet and communicated my little heart out... no response. none. zilch. zero. nada. nyet. nothing. zip.

so i am dealing with about twenty people waiting for a response... and have been doing so for the better part of my day. now i just got it and it was lame. instead of sending me 10 or 12 numbers to transfer to [lots of different departments we've got], i was given one lousy number... one. uno. single, solitary number.

ooh... i'm all kinds of pissy.
